Hey guys, I need help with an HD PVR. I finally got my HD PVR working with my Xbox 360(took me 10 months, but it's working...-.-)And now, the playback is horrible. The resolution is 240p to 480p and not HD. Also, the playback is lagged by a shitload. It slows down, then speeds up and gets fast-forwarded. And has a 3-5 second delay. It is GAY!! Also, I use the ArcSoft TotalMediaExtreme 2, the one that came with my HD PVR. I keep editing the settings, and noting helps it. The quality bitrate is at the constant 13.5 MB. The video playback is horrible, and when I view the video, the same thing happens. It's slowed down a shit load. Piece of shit. $350 down the **** drain!!! I hate the HD PVR. For 11 months, this thing hasn't been working for me. Is it too late to send it back?
