Is it possible that if you did the glitch months ago for the Waw Maps for Prestige edition and you buy the new Rezurrection Map Pack, could you possibly be banned for having the leaderboards up and not owning the map pack?

I have a friend who recently got banned for "Marketplace Theft" although he didnt steal anything and recently bought the map packs and did the classic maps glitch months ago?
