If you hack the pack a punch a second time, it takes longer, but it makes the pack a punch free, well it did for me and my friends. Also, if you hack empty box locations, it stops the teddy ever moving it to there. And once you've hacked the box for a reroll, then hacked again, so someone else can take it, the person who hacked gets 950 points back.

Nice post i was trying to work out how to get the fence up in area 51 i thought hacking the PaP would upgrade my gun not put the fence up :s

So if you want to get the achievement for buying all the perks in one game, you can just use the hacker and take the perk back. Nice.
