So i just ordered a replacement charger for my laptop. When I received the charger I plugged in my computer and let it charge for a while. It got up to about 40% then I started using it. When I turned the computer on, the charging light would flash on and off for awhile and the battery would switch from "plugged in, charging" to "plugged in, not charging" every couple of seconds. Some help would be awesome! And remember, the computer will charge to 100% if its turned off.

-Perfect- wrote U need a new battery. That happens to my computer.I got a new battery and it workedWell the battery still takes a charge so I think I am going to wait to get it looked at before I buy a new battery. Thanks for the suggestion though!
