Guys I am looking for a patch to use on my JTAG that is good.

The one that i am currently using has lots of nice infections but i think its kinda outdated to whats being used right now so if somebody could send me either a link or their AIM name so i can get in contact and get a cod4 patch then i would gratefully give you +REP 5 times today and tomorrow

Infecttions that im mainly looking for:
Red box around enemy
force host
Aimbot
Teleport
Inf Ammo
Small Cross hairs
Super Perks
Laser
Menus
toggle jump/speed
infect others
prestige menu
de-rank menu
de-prestige menu
Walking AC130
And all the other normal things
