That's exactly what it means,but this method is more difficult,a lot more difficult.

There are endless possibility's out there for what can be done with a jtag.

When tmbinc the creator of the jtag first came up with exploit he used it for the one and only reason of booting and running Linux. These where never designed to go online and host "10th Lobbies". The little kids need to stop thinking it the only thing they can do.

yes they are all consoles are now jtag able with the exception of xenons and falcons for the time being/
