Well, this is what went down in my town, it got pretty crazy. We lost power at about 11 oclock at night and got it back today at 5 PM. Sorry if this is in the wrong section i thought I would just share my experience with TTG, i've never seen it get this bad.

I live in New jersey check it out:
(My street didn't get flooded though thank god, these are pictures from me and my friends walking around town )

Update: Some roads are clear now

_____________________________________________________________________________________

1: As you can see, the road is completely gone! We walked in it and it went past our knees.

2: This is one of the streets

3: This is where a lake was, there is about a 8ft waterfall inside there but you cant see if anymore because the water got so high enough that its flat at the moment

4: Another street, completely underwater

5: This was a main road, sorta close to the lake as you can see its completely gone, its probably going to take a while to get all this water out of here, they blocked off all the roads going in and out of here.

[NEW]

6: Yesterday someone tried taking a jetski out there, i'm not sure if they got in trouble or not, but im pretty sure it was a fail

7: This is more of picture 5, just to the right. You can see the whole chicken bazaar parking lot is underwater, the lake is down the street there.. thats how we got all this water

:!: :!: 8: Here is from facing the actual lake! If you look at picture 5 this is taken if you were to walk all the way down. If you look towards the middle and the left, you will see a ramp that is collapsing, that is where the lake started from, and the picture was taken from inside a park, the park is now completely underwater as you can see.

Dang bro, that's crazy.
Irene wasn't that bad for us, the only places that were flooded like that were the places near the river.
At least it's over now.
