Can anyone tell me how to have low gravity in the dome while the power is on?

just have to wait long enough for the big blades/drills to break through the 6th and 11th corridor then it should break the dome. BTW you can stop the blades/drills with the hacking machine if used on consoles in the spawn (moon not area 51) room.
