Well i accidently deleted my profile, i don't know my e-mail adress or password.. Is there any way i could get it back?

Without knowing your email or password, most likely not...

You may have a slight chance if you have a credit card linked to the account and you explain your situation to xbox customer support, and hopefully you can get helped. 8)
