Hello people, today I came home to find the message "Your account has been suspended until 12/30/9999" when I turned on my xbox. Well I checked the email they send you


Notification of Permanent Suspension: Marketplace theft

This email is to notify you that your Xbox LIVE account privileges have been permanently suspended due to marketplace theft.

The conduct that caused this suspension may include, but is not limited to:

Duplication of item purchase history
Attempted Microsoft Points fraud
Illegitimate acquisition of redemption codes

Your conduct was brought to the attention of the LIVE Enforcement Team through complaints filed by other Xbox LIVE users or in the course of our operation of the service. The LIVE Enforcement Team has reviewed the complaints and other evidence regarding your conduct and determined it violates the Xbox LIVE Terms of Use and/or Code of Conduct. Because your conduct is in violation, the LIVE Enforcement Team has issued a permanent suspension.

During your suspension, you will not be able to log into Xbox LIVE. Your Xbox LIVE privileges will not be reinstated.

Customer Support is not able to modify or provide any further details about your suspension.

Microsoft expects that all customers abide by the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct provides guidelines for appropriate behavior while using the service.

Duplication of item purchase history. Please someone explain to me what this is, like license transferring?

ATTEMPTED Microsoft points fraud... wtf?

Illegitimate acquisition of redemption codes. I did do this a while back when the xbox site was glitched and you could get tons and tons of codes.

Also how would people know that I'm license transferring/getting free points if I don't tell anyone? That's total B.S. I mean I guess I can see why I got banned but I just want my gold membership back... I don't know why I'm posting this here.. I guess I'm just P.O.ed and very bored.

Yeah I'm not really worried about achievements/levels on black ops or any other game, I was 11th on black ops but I don't care... I had gold membership until christmas. Now I need to find a way to get free gold membership ._.

If you 'Steal' Things you will always get caught on the long run.

I'd advise NOT to steal things from the market place.
