Alright I have been using Sony Vegas 10 on my pc for the past few months and have not had a single problem with it so far. But I try to bring in one of my HD PVR recordings into it and it just freezes and says the program is non repsonsive. But i tried using a shorter HD PVR clip and that worked, so I am not sure what the problem is. And I have a gaming pc so the pc is not the problem. I have tried reinstalling it twice and still no luck. Any help?

It does look like it uses up all your available RAM, freezing your computer.
Either try closing down unneeded programs from task messenger or use Advanced system cares' turbo boost.
Maybe Edit smaller clips at a time then put them all together for a montage?

I've got 16gb RAM so I don't think that's a problem, when i put it in as a smaller clip it won't even make it past the first frame

could be a problem withing the program if it's pirated since they don't always work as intended
