Ok, i noticed a few errors in your post so i decided to fix them for you.
-Your warranty voids (not actually true, they just frown upon it. restoring fixes it)
-Unable to update.(You can, but you will just have to re-jailbreak it again)
-Lags your device if you downloaded something not been tested by many people before you OR if you download things in the masses.
-Freezes your device to where you have to restore it. (meaning you downloaded a something bad, just uninstall it, it will fix it)
-Crashes rarely. Depending on what you download. some iDevices don't like everything you can download
-Downloading cracked versions of apps including home-brewed can do nothing to your iDevice!!
-Proven that a jailbroken iDevices have more battery life
-Cannot make home button crash or stop it from working
-Cannot make heat sensor from fingertips crash
hey kid, are you stupid, the bottom 2 are hardware failures, not software...

The number of things i have downloaded is 6430 files (one download may equal more than 1 file)
most iDevice users usually have between 5,000-20,000 files downloaded. usually after 15,000 or 20,000 files downloaded, it may start to slow down. you can download iFile and delete unnecessary/unused files.
