well i been trying to get a hdpvr and was looking at ebay they were only like 140$ i know for a fact they cost 200$ from bestbuy so is it a scam or is it just a good deal

Click on the sellers name and see if he's had good transactions with other ebayers.

130 is a little low but if its 2 good to be true it is maybe fake and he will scam you so be careful who you buy from.

Buying through eBay gives you an automatic buyers protection, so if you don't receive the item, or its not in good condition you can report it and get your money back

it might be real or fake no way to tell but some people just sell the pvr without the wires or the just put something in the box to make it feel like a pvr so i would just buy it from bust buy to be safe

Check the seller feedback left by other people who bough off them. I wouldn't buy off someone under 90%
