i need help installing server plugins for my minecraft server i need the fly mod and to spawn anything mod can you please help me

Spawning comes with the server, but I recommend getting Essentials, it's easier to spawn items. Also, the "fly mod" isn't a plugin. It's a client hack, or in your minecraft folder, its a modification. Just look up on YouTube "How to install Zombe Mod" or something along the lines of that. That's your best bet.
