Bud, if you want to remove the Extra, Unregistered thing, Copy your picture mereged, add 10 pixels to your photo size and then paste. Drag the photo to the bottom so there is extra left on the top. After you edit it and make the water move, go into PS and click Import > Add Video Frames to Layers, then in the File name box, type *.gif and select your photo. Remove the Unregistered thing and your done.

And also, don't act like your pro, because you can add lines to a photo. All you do it delete it over the render.
