From what ive gathered restart your xbox and test connection and if no result it may be an update is taking place, you have latest dashboard ?

I already reseted my modem, Router and Xbox. I also unplugged the cords and waited a minute, It says my NAT type is Open Soo? Idk, All I know is Im gonna miss Double Xp!

This will be the main place to start if you have not already, other than that its a router problem and i say check your Nat type and UPNP on your default gateway !

There's gotta be something still wrong with ur connection if u cant get extra marketplace stuff when it's storming where i live it messes up my connection but it NEVER says I can't download an update, pretty sure it's still ur connection.

Bro your stupid, they are actually pointless and have not so much knowledge of anything and there phone service is run by foreign people because they pay cheap but get hugs income of profit.
