Depends. What kind of car are you looking for? A work car, an everyday just "normal" car, etc.

are you planning on putting subs in? if so id say the tahoe. plus i like the design/build of the tahoe.

my grandpa has both of these ;)

But if you want to look sicker get the challenger.

If you want one to have for when you get older and have others with you (gf, family?, friends) get the Tahoe

I want a everyday car and a car i can put friends in. I also dont want it to be over 30,000$

Yes!! I am planning on putting rims and speakers for either car.

Go with the challenger. It's a very good car and looks nice too. Its a pretty powerful car though, so you should make sure you have experience with muscle cars.
