You will get Banned If you are doing it by Auctioning Cars/StoreFront

You will be banned from both off them and you will also be banned From Gifting Cars,

If you modding gamesave then you will not get banned,

But otherwise you will get banned and have to delete your SvG and will suffer the Consequences of restarting the Game
