This sucks! I can't seem to transfer DLC like map packs from my other account that i downloaded to one that I'm using now. I didn't think it would matter because it is the same hard drive, but apparently that's not it. Is there a way to transfer DLC between accounts? the other account is banned from xbox live.

no you cant move dlc from 1 account to another
