Just to finally confirm for everyone. Infections are now patched. All lobbies claiming to be hosting are 100% fake. Hopefully we can now play this game how it should be.

Please do not try to find a bypass or I may have to strangle you.

The only people left with infections are the noobs that are so sad they haven't turned off their xbox yet.

EDIT: Just to clear up any confusion zombies is not patched. This is MP only.

EDIT 2: Yes you will not receive an update. An update was not needed to patch this. Treyarch did a hot fix. (Updated the servers).

EDIT 3: If you have a Jtag you can still infect yourself but you cannot infect others. Please stop saying you've bypassed it.

Sadly, I sold this game expecting it to never be patched.

Hopefully they patch CoD4 as well

Yes this is only mutiplayer. Zombies can still be modded fine.
