The boy who killed his brother deserves jail for life.....
He mixed his stories.... first he killed himself then it was he shot him on accident.
The sister also said he used the gun as a threat to make his siblings do their chores....
He also said he thought the rifle was unloaded, because he loaded it before then unloaded it. If he had unloaded it he would have seen the remaining bullet as it was a bolt-action rifle.
He had hunting experiences for years with his step father.... and the parents fault for leaving the gun out to be accessed easily by anyone.
The children keep kitchen knives in their room because of him using the gun to make them do things.

Thats terrible. I dont think I could have handled doing something like that. He has to live knowing he killed his brother at 12 years old.
