I am trying to renew my xbox live gold membership and I get the same "can't retrieve information from Xbox live. Please try again later. Status Code 80190821" error message every time. This happens on the console itself and the Xbox website!

no i have never got that error before try calling microsoft

did you check the xbox support [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ?

and there's also a Xbox Live Service Alert ATM so that might be causing something..

You should call up phone support as this most likely suggests a billing violation of some kind.

yes happend to my 3 month right now i called microsof they said the dont know they were gonna contact within 2-3 days.

it happened to me go back to the store with you card and info that you brought it there
and ask them to activate it
