theyre actually a pretty useful people...

beside they dont work for microsoft, they work for the calling centre hired by microsoft to support xbox users...

Tell them you are 10(have really high pitched voice) and tell them you bought a Jtag off of ebay and thought it would come with an extra game "XeX menu" and tell them when you tried to get online it said you are banned from Xbox Live and get the method to get online with Jtags. 8)

u should tell them that ur freind told u that if u stick ur dick in the disk tray and close it, and it would give u free gold. then tell them that ur dick got stuck in the disk tray when u tried to close it
