Can sombody help me and my friend are going to license transfer black ops dlc but we dont know if its going to work for him so he has the map packs

all you have to do is recover the persons account you want the dlc from and go to account management on the dashboard and click license transfer first and then download the dlc you want its pretty self explanatory from there on
