It looks pretty cool. I Find that a cool way to get the random shapes in the background is to use a splatter brush, than liquify the splatter.

I like it. But, all of that crap floating in the background makes it weird. Take that out and it will look much better.

dont take the background shapes out. just make a background thats color is close to the shape color. and blend it. i personally think anime is stupid
