Step 1. Go to [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and download any skin you like, or from anywhere else, and save it to your desktop as char.
Step 2. Go to start and type in %appdata% then hit enter.
Step 3. Now open up the folder called .minecraft
Step 4. After that open the folder inside of .minecraft called bin.
Step 5. Next open up the minecraft file with WinRar.
Step 6. Now open the mob folder and relace the char.png file with the skin you downloaded.
