No you have to put all modded gamesaves into modio to rehash and resign

no you have to rehash and resign
try cod tool 1.5 there u can mod cod 4 waw and modern warfare 2 campaign

here u go heres a tut

1.download
2. drag in modio
3. drag in ur profile
4. copy profile ids
5. paste on svg ids
6. rehash and resign
7. save to device
8. insert usb in xbox
9. load up waw
10. go to resume game and once in press middle x button
11. click it again and quit
12. go straight to zombies and have fun with your mods.
