make a photobucket account then take a picture of watever you want with gayzo or speedcap or any screen shoting program you want to use then it will open another tab with your picture then save that picture to your computer then go onto photobucket and hit upload then upload the picture and when its done uploading click save to album and hover over you pic and you will see 4 links pop up click the one that says [img] [/img]
or something like that and paste it to your post and you will have a picture. If you still need help pm me.

Take a picture with a camera or phone then upload it on here.
