Both games are going to be epic.
All though I must say MW3 Multiplayer will be better than BF3, but BF3 will have a better Campaign. At least this is my experience with every CoD and BF game so far.

i say modern warfare 3 will be game of the year because battlefield has never sold more then any call of duty so yeah and i dont think that will change

People say BF is too slow.

BF2 was at 30fps whereas MW2 is at 50fps.

They've now updated BF3 to 60fps leaving MW3 at 50fps.

BF3 is faster gameplay.

Goty doesn't go by sales, its by quality of the game which MW3 will never take the title.

Mw3 is another recycled release from the call of duty franchise, BF3 is something entirely different.

You can't compare two games that are so far apart from each other, yes they may both be FPS but that doesn't mean they are the same.

Battlefield requires tactics in order to win the game. If you don't play as a team, you lose. Simple, just like playing gears for example.

Call of duty is more fast action gameplay, its great fun to play with friends but is terrible when you are playing objective solo.

Quality - BF3

Multiplayer (Playing with friends) - Tie between both

Games like MW3 make me mad over the such un-balanced gameplay, regardless to what developers say. Their games are NOT balanced. Same with BFC2 for example, the snipers are terrible. You get hitmarkers in the chest/head area when in real life that would be instant death.

Neither of the two games are perfect but I would have to go with Battlefield overall because of the overall realism and it feels like real combat. Call of Duty went down the can after MW2. Using MW2 as an example, you cannot get into any good games anymore. Everyone is just trying to record sniper shots in hopes of becoming the next youtube star.

Just because you have to kill Makarov doesn't automatically turn it into Best-Campaign-Ever.
BF3 campaign will feature more destruction and a more realistic gameplay & graphics, which is why I think it will offer a better campaign experience.
