i need to refresh my fog every so while to not lag but notch took that out is there anyway or any mods out there to toggle fog i will plus rep!

Press f and switch it.
it should work
or go to your seting and controls and find the fog button

Go onto minecraft forums there is already like 10 mods just for the F key.

press f3+f to change your fog now
