Is there any possable mod menu for GTA:IV on xbox360?
All I want is a unlimited health and car spawn system.
Also it has to be a USB mod if possable unless there is a ingame cheat system.

Right now, no, there are mod mod menus for the xbox 360, they might be possible, but I don't think anyone has gone deep enough into the files to try to find where you would code one at.
Original GTA IV Godmode/unlimited health is patched as of right now, till they find a bypass for it of course.
You cannot mod online with a USB, you can only mod online with a ISO mod, not really that hard to make one, but you have to be willing to void your xbox's warranty.
