Maybe a virus has something to do with this . Scan your computer for any suspicious files.

If it was a virus he would be able to access safe mode. It's 100% something else.

No. You kind of do need a picture of the motherboard because that way we can possibly identify the problem. This is definitely something hardware related. But saying it will catch on fire is a bit too drastic don't you think?

I computer i built i connect the R usb from the case to the L port (no visual difference) and it burnt through my board. Not burst into flames that is an extreme case

Ok, I hit F12, then hit HDD (something like that) and now I'm at a screen that says Windows failed to start. Blablabla and 2 options. 1. Launch Startup Repair (Didn't work before)
2. Start normally
Which one?
