Its probably your laser in the disc drive.
If you want to attempt to fix it open your xbox and remove the dvd drive then take it apart, then with a cotton bud clean the laser. Then it should work.

One of these things happened to your xbox:
1. Your xbox is really dusty(vacuum all the vents on your xbox)
2. Disk drive is going bad
Also how old is your Xbox 360

R3cKL3SS_KiiD wrote I put my game disc into the tray and it goes to closing(when I close it) and then it tries to read it for a second and then it goes to open tray and it does that on every disc! What is going on?
What you do is put in a game you dont really care about ex. a original xbox game incase it gets scratched when the cd tray is closing bang on the top of the xbox (where the cd drive is) keep banging (not too hard) and try that until it works adter about 10 times you might want to call microsoft because thats the trick I use

1st is your xbox still under warranty? If so send it in to be fixed.
If not open your xbox, then disc drive and use a Q tip and rubbing alcohol and clean the laser eye. At the same time clean the entire inside of your xbox and drive with air in a can. Make sure all dust is cleaned out.
