if i run the dsah.xex it wont do anything bad will it or do i need to remove kernel version check

First of all there is no 20353 dashboard that has been released.
Second of all the dashboard is booted from the console memory, it is not saved on the hard drive disk.

Well for all you know, he could have a devkit, and they get stuff before mainstream live users, but on a jtag you can load a dashboard from the HDD, so read up on your stuff before you post, or atleast think about it.
