Is the ''MSR'' sniper rifle going to be bolt action ?
& will there be any perks that give you no falling damage ?

I don't know about the sniper.

But the perk, you could say I am excited for.

The perk Ninja gives you silent footsteps. The pro form gives no falling damage. Perfect perk <3

if your talking about the last sniper then yes because theres gonna be 2 bolt actions.
