Ive tryed like everything .
Gamebooster
Advance system care
Cleaned reg

Anything ells major i can do (I don't download porn)

Specs:

Pentium R Duel core CPU 2.30GHZ
4GB of ddr2 Ram
Some HD integrated Graphics

..Well now that's out of the question.

If you have a full PCIE 16 x slot, buy a half descent video card. Games are more GPU dependent than anything.

I got a laptop 4 ill put the specs on there now

No, but you can try lowering the details and resolution. People who usually buy PC's that have integrated graphics don't really have any expectations to play any games.
