Hello, I am looking for a Teleporter infection

The teleporter infection I am looking for is the one where you can press the "Back/Select, Up on Dpad, Down on Dpad" and teleport somewhere, this also works ONLINE!
-If you know where I can find this tele infect or a better one I will be extremely thankful!
