just wanted to know if it was possible to get a glitch,mod or hack for unlimited skill points or xp and cash

Theres an inventory editor that lets you changed to your desired xp and add or remove money/ misc items. Also some modded saves you can download have maxed out skill trees but im not sure how to do it.
