I Just got the game and when i go to the multiplayer menu to play a match it says i have to signup.When i put in my account info it then says"Account does not have permission to play online.But on my settings it says im allowed for stuff like this!!!!

The may have banned you from there servers a have never came across a problem like this so a dont know. Sorry.
