if you purchased it at a store you have the disk, if you bought it from someone you will have to buy the software

I had a Dazzle once.
It comes with a disk to install Pinicale Studio.
But you will also need MANY Splitters to hook it up as well.
I returned my Dazzle the next day and got a pvr. wasnt worth the hassle.
