you can get some of these objects from missions
Zeds Demise: Prison, in main area
Machete: Jungle (north I believe)
Pick Of Destiny: Jungle (South)
Gabriel's Sledge Hammer: Moresby (Church, after beating church main story line

most of the others are in chests or missions that I dont know about :S

Gabriel's Sledgehammer is bad because it takes too much stamina away each swing, I just want the Assassins Greed and members have said that they have found this Assassins Greed in random weapon crates, mainly in the Jungle/Laboratory area.
