Hi, I've Tried Many Things, Using Different T.Vs different Cables and the Jtag still doesn't seem too show up on my Tv. +rep for anyone that resolves this!

Probably the wrong channel.
Not the cords.
You need to try like Input 1
Input 2 etc.

this has nothing to do with cables it is to do with your gpu dont worry though as thay can be easly fixed if you know how just type in youtube "xbox360 no signal fix" hope this helped as it worked for me any more questions pm me

You have the no video error on your jtag.
This means there is cold solder joint under your GPU.
This can be fixed by a reflow of the GPU.
If you towel trick it you will damage the board further so dont even think about it contact someone in the market place about a reflow.
They will surely help you.
