Can someone explain to me how some establishments (ie. java cafe, McDonalds, Starbucks, etc.) have open connections for its patrons without a loss of bandwidth/speed?
I currently have a 10dwn/2up connection plan at home and we struggle when two gaming consoles are on, running along with the computers and cell phones that are mostly idle. The connection is secured.
I only ask this because I looked into a business plan and they only offer 50megs/5up, which means these businesses around my home shouldn't be able to pull off more than 10 or 15 connections that are constantly sending and receiving right???
