It's in the developer preview stage, it's the "Metro UI":

It's been out, those that say it's not are ignorant. But the Internet Explorer on 8, is
actually version 10 that looks completely different as it's a full screen version. <3

Ah sorry for the late response, I didn't see a quote on my name until I checked back.

Chrome is the best browser, by far over any other(s) including Safari. Due to tabs being
ran on single processes unlike that of Firefox or IE which is ran on a single process for
the entire .exe, and it's running V8 Javascript and not to mention it's pre-render technology.
It's going to be the best browser for a while, being that it's made by Google and Adobe supports
it over any other browsers, being Google and such. I wouldn't change if I were you, just my opinion.

Wow, well that's definitely a descriptive reason.
Thank you, I just wasn't sure I was hearing all this hype about IE 9.
That I really didn't know what to do, to either switch my browser or not.
