Hey if I post private server videos on youtube and runescape videos, and you can see my name in the runescape videos, will they ban me?

And are private servers Illegal?

There illegal as you've stolen Jagex's work, There copyright you can be took to court because of it and sued Thousands.

No, You will not be banned for making Runescape video's as for runescape its free advertisement would you be bothered if someone made a video of your game? Certainly not.
