Well I didn't see a tutorial section or a Fallout 3 section anywhere so I'll just post it here.
This tutorial is for those of you who can't get the 'setactorfullname' Console Command to work.
You probably would rather watch this on Youtube cause you can go Fullscreen there. Also watch in HD if you can't read the text.
