After the 9199 dash update, the efuse blows so you can't get the cpu key therefore you can Jtag.

Yes, you can still flash your drive. And you need the CPU key to Jtag your Xbox, if the E-Fuses are blown you cannot get the CPU key. You need the CPU key to decrypt your nand which helps you do everything else.

I will just not respond in an angry manner as you seem to be embarrassing yourself enough.

And no you cannot replace the E-fuses. Well yes and no, you would have to replace your gpu with an exploitable gpu then you could tag the Xbox. To get your cpu key you need to combine the 3 and 5 efuse and it will make a 32 dig number/letter combination. That is your CPU key. Also, flashing your dvd drive lets you play burned copies of games.
