Not only did the WaW beta fix some issues, it also without doubt increased game sales. Most people werent even going to buy it because it went back to World War 2, but after the beta they changed their mind.

Know why CLiffy B didnt have a beta for GOW2? Because it takes away from sales.

Games that have demos or betas instead of just trailers seem to take a hit in sales. I think if the demo/beta is anything short of amazing it may work against the game.

Know why MW2, Black Ops, and MW3 dont have a beta? Because people may not like it, and it will affect their sells. Know why BF3 has one? Because it needs publicity.

People like why me will tell you its not about the money..but hes ignorant. Its about the money and everyone knows that. And saying "Atleast the fans think our game is better" wont make up for the fact acitivision is going to be making a WHOLE bunch more money then EA.

For once DeadlyDasher, i some what agree with you, the only thing i disagree on, is that it made me buy this game even more, but your other facts, i got to say are true. Always about money.

Agreed, they could have put a better map on where we can use tanks and jets, they could have also used new coding, again i know it's the beta and i'm not judging the game by that alone.

I am going to laugh at those people when they see the real game at release and regret it. Shouldn't be so quick to put a game down after just a Beta that runs old code.

If you really think COD's graphics are better you must be of the age range 12-15. COD is cartoon compared to Battlefield.

Amen to that, I canceled my Pre-Order and switched it to Batman.. The only good game coming out in October.
