Well being a recording musician, i understand the frustration. The thing that i can tell you though is this:

-Its TTG, no one will ever hear of his false statements outside of the site
-If its on iTunes and from your tunecore, even if people buy it, you'll still get the money, so its not like he is cheating you out of that

Though you have great proof, and i support you and your frustration 100% so I understand this post completely.
