I doubt i am right but its worth a shot anyway..
This may have something to do with UNFAIR banning in the last month in which they banned LOTS of people for doing things such as a "lisence transfer" i'm on writing this because i got banned on one of my accounts for no reason but apparantly i stole from microsoft etc.. so basically if anybody thinks this may be a good reason why its gone/going down everyware then please hit the thumbs up button <---
